All items purchased from allhoodsltd.com have a warranty for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
This does not not cover either plastic or glass rear window
Making an Order
Customers can make orders for their chosen items in selected colours. When an order is received, depending on the type of item, it may be manufactured the same day and shipped for delivery the next working day. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery during busy months.
Some items may take longer as certain materials have to be sourced and ordered. With this type of order, the delivery time frame is dependent on the arrival of sourced items. customers will be informed if this is the case with their order. This is only the case in rare vehicle models on orders for certain types of items that are not produced daily.
Item does not fit the vehicle
If the item does not fit the vehicle, please inform the seller allhoodsltd.com by contacting us either by telephone or email or using the contact form provided on this website.
You will need to supply pictures/videos showing the fault. We will then evaluate each case and offer a resolution.
Returning an item
All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive the item and confirm it’s a manufacturing fault, we will refund the shipping cost and replace the item free of charge.
If after inspection of the item, the conclusion is that the item is not faulty and is due to incorrect fitting, No postage refund can be given. Should this be the case, we will inform the customer and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the shipping cost back to their address. If a refund is required, a 10% administration/reshelving fee will be applied for the refund
It is the buyer’s responsibility to order the correct item for their vehicle. We can not offer a change-of-mind policy as our items are made to order only.
EU and International Orders
All non-UK customers are responsible for checking their country’s VAT and CUSTOMS DUTIES policies.
We are not held accountable for charges and delays that may occur.
You may need to provide further information and possibly pay taxes before your item can be released.
Please check your country’s import customs rules before purchasing.
This does not apply to delivery within the UK
Postage for mainland UK is set at £18. The postage outside the UK, for EU and International orders will be set automatically based on the country they are in. As each country’s postage charges are different, our checkout will determine the weight and height and adjust the postage accordingly to the order and country based on the amount ordered.
